Information you choose to provide

Repair enquiries

When you submit the repair form, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, device brand and model, and the fault description you provide.

Direct contact

If you call, SMS or email, we receive the contact details and repair information included in that communication, including any photos you choose to send.

Admin accounts

Authorised website administrators use an invite-only Netlify Identity account. Public visitors cannot create an admin account.

How the information is used

Payment card details are not collected through this website. Please do not include passwords, device PINs or unrelated sensitive information in the repair enquiry form.

Website analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-92CFR353TT to understand page visits and useful actions such as booking starts, repair enquiry completions, gallery visits, and clicks to call, SMS or email.

What analytics may receive

Analytics may receive browser and device information, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, interaction events and first-party cookie identifiers used to distinguish sessions.

What we do not send to analytics

Our custom analytics events do not send the customer name, phone number, email address, device fault description, message contents or uploaded repair photos to Google Analytics.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and repair enquiry process:

These cloud providers may process or store information outside Australia through global infrastructure and subcontractors. Their locations and practices can change; their published privacy terms provide current details. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect customers, the business or the website.

Storage, security and retention

Reasonable safeguards

We use HTTPS, protected administrator access and access controls intended to reduce unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the repair, customer service, security, dispute handling and applicable business record requirements. Analytics retention is controlled within the GA4 property.

No system is risk-free

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been sent to the wrong place or accessed without permission.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business records, security or legal obligations.
